Hepatitis Prevention Program

Hepatitis Section

The Florida Department of Health works to prevent the transmission of viral hepatitis and eliminate viral hepatitis in Florida by testing adults at risk for hepatitis B and hepatitis C, providing a diagnosis, and linkage to care.

The Hepatitis Prevention Program works with county health departments and community-based organizations in Florida to implement this strategy.
