VitalChek charges a $7.00 service fee, which is in addition to our agency fee and a $10 rush fee. VitalChek verifies your identity, obtains ordering information, and downloads your request directly to our office. UPS shipping is available for an additional charge and requires signature upon delivery.
VitalChek provides the option to order from the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics or from the local health department in the county where the vital record event occurred. Please note: County Health Department fees vary.
