Harmful Algae Blooms (HABS): Red Tide & Blue-Green Algae

HABs can be health nuisances. They can cause breathing problems and irritation of the eyes, nose, and skin. Your best plan of action is to stay away from these naturally-occurring blooms, which can come and go throughout the year.
