Text4baby is a free service that will send text messages to you with information on a variety of topics such as prenatal care, immunizations, nutrition, oral health, safe sleep, seasonal flu, preventing birth defects, and other topics related to maternal and child health.

Text4baby also has an app available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Text4baby app works together with the text messaging service. The app allows for more information on your progress and how your baby is growing. You can also set up appointment reminders and take fun quizzes.
