Florida Waivers 

Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Child Care Food Programs (CCFP) is requesting that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) approve a prospective waiver(s) to provide non-congregate meal service in the at-risk afterschool component of the Child Care Food Program (CCFP) when congregate meal service operations are limited due to natural disasters, unscheduled major building repairs, court orders relating to school safety or other issues, labor- management disputes, or, when approved by the State agency for a similar cause:

Note: Waivers remain in effect through the expiration date. CCFP will only approve the use of a waiver due to the unanticipated causes listed above.
